It is mainly used in pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics industry. In cosmetics industry, this product has a strong absorption of harmful ultraviolet wavelength (236/322 NM) , which can directly absorb UV damage. And it has a strong antioxidant, can quickly remove ros from mitochondria stimulated by external stimuli (UV, harmful gases, chemicals) and repair damaged DNA. The molecular structure of ferulic acid is very similar to tyrosine, melanin formation can be inhibited by competition with tyrosine, thus reducing skin pigmentation and deposition.
